ABOUT CHILDREN'S VILLAGE

On August 4, 2020, an EF2 tornado touched down in Doylestown and caused significant damage to the hospital campus, including Children’s Village. Working quickly and courageously, teachers, aides, physicians, staff, and emergency responders safely evacuated the building. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but Children’s Village was damaged beyond repair. Thanks to the generous outpouring of gifts in the form of toys, crafts, supplies, and equipment, Children’s Village was able to resume operations in a temporary location nearby on Ferry Road.

The new Children's Village is now under construction at Doylestown Hospital. You can help bring it to completion by filling up our bucket. Your gift will support the purchase of furnishings, supplies, and equipment to realize our vision of Children's Village: a welcoming, playful, and safe environment where our community's children can grow and learn together.

Every gift, no matter the size, helps us fill our bucket in support of the outfitting of the new Children's Village and its opening this fall.
